Frequently asked questions
Getting started, learning together and staying in control. Find answers for your family or school.
Does my child need a phone?
No. Use a shared family device with a protected parent mode. Children do not need an email address.
Who decides what changes?
You do. Suggestions are reviewed by a parent before meaningful routine or responsibility changes.
Can teachers see our family routines?
Teachers only see connected school assignments and their results. Private chores and rewards stay within the family.
Is Evonilo free?
Evonilo is a paid service for families and schools. Launch prices are not published yet. The interactive demo uses fictional accounts; demo access and sandbox purchases do not create a paid subscription or charge real money.
Why do learning activities come back?
Learning includes short practice and later reviews. Children try to recall an answer, receive feedback and revisit topics over time. Points celebrate participation; they are not a grade or a measure of intelligence. Parents can adjust the pace and support.
Can I choose how reminders arrive?
Parents manage notification categories, frequency and quiet hours. In-app notifications are available in the app; Telegram, email and browser push depend on connected services and your settings. Browser push also needs permission on the device. You can change these choices later.
Can I export data or request deletion?
Adult privacy controls provide scoped exports and deletion requests. Family and school permissions determine what an export includes. Deletion follows the retention policy: some billing records may be retained separately. Read the privacy notice before making a request.
How can a school get started?
Use the school demo request form with an adult contact name, email and school name. Do not include children’s personal information. A demo request records your interest; it does not activate licenses, confirm a booking or commit your school to a purchase.
